Some groups watch the entire hour, then discuss. Other groups stop half way through for a brief break and a mini-discussion of the big points. Other groups stop anytime a participant wants to stop for clarity or to just ask a quick question.

    What works for your group?

I like taking a break during the half way for stretch. A comments or discussions about the first half and the last half may be easier to remember what was said.
