Romans 5:3-6 says that suffering &gt;Endurance&gt;Character&gt;Hope , and I believe we all need to understand Leadership from the point and be prepared to endure hardship for our hope. Jesus for the Joy set before him endured the Cross and we need to endure hardship and know that it is for our own good.</description>
